Contraception & Sexual Health Services
All the doctors can provide confidential contraceptive and emergency contraceptive advice to patients in all age groups, the practice also has trained nurses who can provide these services. The reception team will advise you on who is best to book your appointment with.
The doctors and nurses can provide Long-Acting Contraceptive such as implants or vasectomy. The practice can arrange removal of a coil but would need to refer you to a local service for fitting.
Your Pill Check
Guidelines recommend all patients on the contraceptive pill attend an annual review. When you are due to order your pill, ask to book your annual review with the nurse. Services provided by the practice includes:

Menopause
We have trained nurses who can support you through the menopause and offer the latest information about what treatment is available to you. The reception team will advise you which nurses provide menopause advice.
