Your local MSK Service is changing…
Around 21,000 people impacted each year by musculoskeletal problems such as back, knee and elbow pain are soon to benefit from a new service delivered by specialist physiotherapy and pain management teams in Northern and North East Lincolnshire from 1st January 2025.
Connect Health, the UK’s largest independent community healthcare provider of MSK and pain management services have been appointed to deliver the service in partnership with Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust (NLaG). The service is commissioned by NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB and will continue for the next four years.
The service will provide physiotherapy and pain management including 1:1 rehabilitation and group classes to patients in Northern Lincolnshire.
The practice will refer you for pain management if required but you can self-referral online for Musculoskeletal conditions.
