The new Community Diagnostic Centre is now open in Freshney Place, Grimsby.

We would like to ask all our patients who are referred for a blood test from secondary care to please book this at the Community Diagnostic Centre.

Patients can book their own appointments, choosing from a variety of locations, that is best for their needs. Patients can call direct to 03033 306670.

The nearest car park to the centre is the West Car Park (located near to the Market and Next) off Frederick Ward Way/Cartergate.
