Extended Access
In conjunction with our Primary Care Network (PCN) we offer extended access appointments in the evening and on Saturdays by rotation. These are by appointment and only available for booking by the reception team.

Please note all telephone calls to and from the practice are recorded for training purposes
Closures for staff training
The reception desk and main phone lines will be closed on a Wednesday between 12:00 and 13:00 for staff development, if you have an appointment during that time the self-check-in is available or you can report to the receptionist on the ground floor. The emergency line will be available for urgent assistance during this time.

When We Are Closed
If you have an urgent health need while the practice is closed, please call 111 (all calls to 111 will be recorded).
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
If you have a Mental Health or Adult Social Care issue, please call 01472 256256. This service is available 24/7.
